Dia de los Muertos altar for the victims of the August 3 Walmart shooting here in El Paso
This beautiful altar (ofrenda) is on display on the third floor of the UTEP Library. It honors the 22 victims of the August 3 Walmart mass shooting. Dia de los Muertos will be particularly poignant this year in El Paso.
